We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director/Brand Strategist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies

Lead Brand Awareness and Expansion

Build Le Chameau brand awareness within current and target customer demographics in existing territories and those planned for expansion.

Balance D2C and B2B Marketing Strategies

Experience balancing D2C and B2B marketing strategies ensuring these align with the overall commercial growth targets.

Steer Creative Direction

Steer the creative direction focusing on the continued commercial success of the brand.

Develop Audience-Focused Marketing Priorities

Develop strong audience-focused marketing priorities that build the foundation for brand, content, product, and growth marketing campaigns.

Deepen Audience Insights

Deepen audience insights through developing a quantitative and qualitative understanding of brand and market trends including awareness, perception, and engagement.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role with an international fashion/apparel brand
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing and brand strategy for premium brands
  • Experience working in an omnichannel retail environment including D2C and B2B
  • Digital-native with leadership experience in a senior marketing role within a digital and data-led environment
  • Expert digital marketer who is able to combine brand storytelling and digital growth
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
  • Passionate customer advocacy, particularly in digital customer experiences
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, brand, and expansion into new markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
