PW Construction is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee commercial contracts in Kent and London. As a seasoned professional in the M&E sector, you will be responsible for ensuring assigned contracts meet operational and technical requirements.

This role involves working closely with the commercial team to identify and mitigate risks, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to optimize business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address contract-related issues.
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful contract execution.
