At Eurofins UK Environment Testing, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to assist in the day-to-day preparation and analysis of water samples within our laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking tasks within the laboratory, preparing and analyzing samples, and ensuring samples are handled in accordance with documented procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake laboratory tasks as required, including preparation and analysis of water samples.
  • Ensure samples are handled in accordance with documented procedures, including temperature control, storage, and maintenance of sample integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records as detailed in quality procedures.
  • Work with the team to achieve daily targets and ensure client turnaround time is met.
  • Report any anomalies or concerns to the line leader.
  • Ensure client contact is conducted in a professional manner and any client queries are dealt with or notified to the line leader.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good laboratory skills and practices.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a driven outlook.
