About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring their experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients
- Manage patient diaries and schedules, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Work closely with the dental team to understand treatment options and provide patients with clear and concise information
- Process payments and chase outstanding patient debt in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other external partners as required
Key Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
