The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced driver to join our team in Penzance. As a bus driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers on our routes, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a variety of routes, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery
  • Meet safety and regulatory requirements, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Valid PCV license and up-to-date CPC
  • At least 6 months' driving experience
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
