Job Description

Job Title: Transformation Leader - Intraday Liquidity

Job Summary:

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to manage the Intraday Liquidity Transformation Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple teams through other managers, ensuring the delivery and standardization of complete, effective, efficient, and controlled operational processes and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple teams through other managers to deliver and standardize operational processes and capabilities.
  • Contribute to the commercial objectives of the business by understanding the industry, direct competitors' products, and services.
  • Identify, design, and implement solutions to deliver end-to-end process solutions meeting Operations' outcomes.
  • Ensure interim and target state operating models are defined and documented.
  • Deliver and maintain supporting artifacts and materials to support adoption and implementation of target state.
  • Implement process and technology solutions that meet end-to-end process requirements.

Requirements:

  • Domain expertise across Operations and Cash/Liquidity functions.
  • Large, complex implementation and transformation program expertise.
  • Proficiency in operational transformation roll-out.
  • Change Management: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor implementation.
  • Cash Management and Liquidity Expertise - intraday cash management, awareness of settlement forums (RTGS, FMI, CSD, CCP), cash cut-offs.
  • Knowledge of both Markets and Banking products from transaction booking to cash settlement and controls.
  • Deep understanding of Citi Systems (Genesis, Full Suite, Oracle) and key contacts.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in managing software vendors and 3rd party consultant teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
