We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Motor Trade Manager to lead our SMC Renault & Dacia Aldershot dealership as a General Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the success of our motor trade operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Dealership Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales and aftersales professionals to achieve sales and service targets.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all departments, resulting in high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including sales, service, and marketing initiatives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior motor trade management role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive management.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in business, management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Full clean UK driving licence and any relevant industry certifications.
