About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Advisor to join our team at Plusnet. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized sales support to customers over the phone, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
