Salt Search is proud to collaborate with a leading software company as they seek a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Specialist for a 12-month contract role. This position focuses on implementing digital marketing programs to meet customer acquisition targets and ensuring that marketing surfaces are optimized to deliver the best omni-channel experience for their customer base, driving maximum revenue impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Represent the Lifecycle Marketing Team and provide innovative solutions that align with the data-driven strategy.
- Oversee the development and planning of digital marketing initiatives to drive revenue across strategic and tactical key initiatives.
- Provide essential business insights to support strategic efforts and development.
- Review various data models and insights to determine the best approach.
- Ensure consistent alignment with global priorities and initiatives to ensure locally driven campaigns operate effectively and deliver incremental benefit to the business.
- Partner with technical, campaign, web, and sales teams in EMEA and US.
- Closely manage projects throughout the end-to-end project cycle.
- Set up campaigns and apply measurable metrics for review and reporting.
- Establish testing frameworks to assess business impact.
**Required Skills:**
- Previous experience in acquisition-related roles, a growth-focused mindset, and understanding of CRM and experience in solving business problems.
- Ability to provide demonstrable experience in planning and execution of pan-EMEA email marketing campaigns in a consumer/e-commerce environment.
- Excellent analytical skills for data-led decision making.
- Well-organized, reliable individual who can handle sophisticated projects involving multiple partners.
