Job Title: CNC Turner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our team at Everpool Recruitment. As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality components.

Responsibilities:

* Program and set CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
* Work from detailed engineering drawings
* Understand ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems
* Previous experience with machining of exotic metals
* Experience in a similar position
* Good planning and organizing skills
* Good communication skills with peers and management

Requirements:

* Time served (NVQ 3 or equivalent)
* Ability to fully program, set, and operate CNC lathes
* Experience with Doosan lathes (8" to 30" chuck sizes)
* Manual guide programming
* One CNC programming software
* C and Y axis programming/machining
* Programmable steadies
* Valve and pump components
* Oil, Gas, Fluid, and Power generation industry sectors
