Opportunity for a Reinsurance Transactions Processor at Ardonagh Advisory

The role involves delivering exceptional service to Ardonagh Advisory's clients by efficiently managing their reinsurance transactions. Collaborating closely with team members in the Fulfilment department to ensure seamless processing and resolution of inquiries is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with Account Managers, Claims Technicians, IBA, and Technical Processing teams to provide outstanding client support.
  • Gain expertise in processing diverse reinsurance agreements, reconciling accounts, managing premiums, and effectively addressing inquiries.
  • Ensure timely execution of project tasks, maintain orderly documentation, and utilize company systems proficiently.
  • Represent Ardonagh Advisory with professionalism to clients while upholding the organization’s core values.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory standards, adherence to compliance protocols, and commitment to quality initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

  • Dependable, diligent, and enthusiastic about learning.
  • Previous work experience is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organized, team-oriented, and capable of collaborating with colleagues across all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
