At SMS Environmental, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, sales pipeline growth, and revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Manage and develop a direct report
- Utilize HubSpot proficiently to support and optimize marketing and sales activities
- Develop and implement strategic B2B marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth
- Produce and direct multi-channel campaigns across print, web, and social platforms
- Experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic campaigns
- Experience with HubSpot, including certification, and a deep understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of professional marketing technology stack/tools and design software
- Experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Prior experience managing, developing, and reviewing performance of at least one direct report
- Exceptional communication and technical copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize based on business needs
- Ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and emerging technologies
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights to stakeholders
- Educational qualifications to degree level or equivalent
- Demonstrable HubSpot courses - certified
- Experience in managing third-party vendors for creative, design, and digital marketing services
- Strong technical knowledge, experience, and training within industrial water treatments, water hygiene services, or closed systems
- Higher level education (MSc or equivalent) in marketing desirable
