Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our client's team in Brighton. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the structural engineering team and providing technical expertise to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the structural engineering team and provide technical guidance and support
  • Develop and implement structural engineering strategies and solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Chartered or near-chartered status with the ICE or IStructE
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a consulting practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
