We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Edwards & Pearce. This exciting opportunity would suit a solicitor or fee earner with 2 years PQE.

The Role:
  • Handle a varied caseload of private client matters, including probate and estate administration.
  • Manage complex inheritance tax and estate planning cases.
  • Prepare trust documents, wills, and power of attorney.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide expert advice.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to procedure and regulations.
The Candidate:
  • 2 year+ PQE private client solicitor or fee earner with similar experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a varied caseload.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to work to deadlines.
