We are seeking a skilled Production Shift Manager to join our team at Tailor Made Resources. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality fresh produce products. Your primary focus will be on managing a team of production staff, ensuring they are utilized effectively to achieve shift output targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining audit compliance, achieving targeted GMP levels, and implementing Lean manufacturing initiatives. To be successful in this role, you will need to have operational and manufacturing management experience in a FMCG / Food / Fresh Produce environment. You should also have experience of effectively managing a team in a previous supervisory or management role. If you are a motivated and driven individual with excellent management skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure production teams are utilized effectively to achieve shift output targets
* Manage team training requirements, promoting progression and positive development
* Maintain audit compliance and achieve targeted GMP levels
* Implement Lean manufacturing initiatives

**Requirements:**

* Operational and manufacturing management experience in a FMCG / Food / Fresh Produce environment
* Experience of effectively managing a team in a previous supervisory or management role
* Approachable, effective, motivating, and driven management ability
* Confident in implementing and delivering against a plan

**Working Hours and Location:**

* Days, 4-on-4-off, 8am to 8pm
* Kent
