Job Title: Civil / Design Engineer - Water / Civils

Are you a skilled Civil Engineer looking for a challenging role in the water and utilities sector? Do you have experience in design and construction, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions to complex engineering problems?

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cardiff, where you will work on a wide range of projects, including pipeline and drainage design, water treatment, and civil engineering infrastructure. As a Civil Engineer in our water and utilities team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional standards of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design new and replacement potable water mains
  2. Foul drainage and CSO remediation work
  3. Conventional and urban drainage design
  4. Solve challenging engineering dilemmas
Requirements:
  1. Relevant Civil Engineering degree (Masters desirable but not essential)
  2. 3+ years of experience within the water industry
  3. Knowledge of potable, surface, foul water design and/or construction
  4. Be working, or be willing to work towards Chartership
  5. Competent in 3D design and modelling using MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage
  6. Knowledge of Water Authority approval processes
