About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support and care to service users, maintaining dignity and respect, and enabling them to lead independent lives.
- Ensure personal needs and requirements are met, including personal care, participation in activities, and support with daily living tasks.
- Support service users in achieving their outcomes, completing daily administration, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Contribute to the maintenance of safety, security, and confidentiality standards, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Undertake key working responsibility for individual service users, supporting them to plan goals and personal outcomes.
Requirements
- Shared responsibility for the confidentiality, security, and accuracy of records, data, and information.
- Good quality documentation, meeting regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
