Salary: £60-£70kpa plus Car Allowance-£5k, Bonus-10%, Medical & Pension

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our client, a market-leading business in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and leading revenue and margin improvement plans across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth Planning: Manage the delivery of budgeted P&L's for defined brands within the portfolio across all channels, on time and in full, in collaboration with the Finance leads and Customer team.
  • Marketing Plan Execution: Support the NRM Controller in ensuring the execution of the marketing plan through the sales team, tracking delivery vs budget, and recommending corrective action where necessary.
  • Promo Optimization: Track promo guideline execution and optimize promo return on investment through internal evaluation and review systems.
  • Commercial Insights: Work with the marketing team to provide commercial perspective and inputs for NPD and brand projects.
  • Financial Analysis: Utilize the reporting suite and conduct ad hoc analysis to identify brand P&L opportunities, challenges, and build plans to improve profit or course correct.
  • Performance Review: Utilize account reviews and execution forums to ensure delivery against strategies and lead periodic brand performance reviews to ensure a clear understanding of performance drivers by brand.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in Excel and financial modelling skills with an awareness and extensive exposure dealing with various finance departments.
  • Commercial Acumen: Capable of influencing the decision-making process within a business and using commercial nous and strength of character to push through recommendations where necessary.
