Job Title: Senior Glazing Project Manager

This role is crucial for driving our growth in the commercial sector at GLRE Glazing Refurbishment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with glass-focused projects and a deep understanding of the glazing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs from initial design through to completion.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial market.
  • Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee and manage sub-contractors to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high quality standards across all projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to achieve project deadlines and manage budgets effectively, excellent sub-contractor management skills, and prior experience with glazing projects, particularly in the commercial sector. A proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong business acumen is required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the glazing industry or similar role.
  • CSCS card is advantageous.
