About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Validation Engineer to join our team at Oxa Autonomy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our simulation and modeling techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a Simulation and Modeling Management System to support our Oxa Assurance system and certification processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in simulation and modeling requirements.
  • Design and implement testing strategies to validate simulation assumptions against real-world data.
  • Contribute to the development of software sensor models and stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with Stream/SAT leads to track progress and promote stream activities within the organization.
Requirements
  • Simulation and Modeling Management: Ability to collect and analyze data, identify gaps, and document validation cases.
  • Technical Understanding: Demonstrated expertise in complex technical systems, with the ability to translate technical terminology for external parties.
  • Cross-Functional Facilitation: Ability to work across the organization to achieve validation goals.
  • Data Analytics: Ability to collect metrics and use statistical arguments to validate systems.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate results to internal and external customers.
  • Project Management: Self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with vendors such as Nvidia/RFPro.
  • Ability to build a simulator or game engine.
  • Experience with defining coverage/evaluation frameworks.
  • Ability to create and train ML models.
