Job Summary:

The Openwork Partnership is seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to clients, managing the mortgage application process, and liaising with lenders and other third parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to clients, tailored to their individual needs and financial goals.
  • Manage the mortgage application process, from initial consultation to completion, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to facilitate smooth mortgage transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and market trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with our estate agents to convert leads into successful mortgage applications.

Requirements:

  • CeMAP or CII certificate in Mortgage advice qualified.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
