Nursing Home Manager Opportunity

Purosearch Ltd is representing a small, growing provider with a well-established care home rated Good by the CQC. We are seeking a Nursing Home Manager to lead a dedicated team in a warm, family-owned nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the day-to-day running of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
  2. Lead, mentor, and support the care team to maintain high-quality care.
  3. Ensure that the home continues to meet and exceed care standards and regulations.
  4. Support the growth and development of the home as a leading provider of care in the area.
Requirements:
  1. Must be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  2. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
  3. A proactive and compassionate approach to care.
