Job Title: Test Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Test Administrator. As a Test Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of exams and tests at our Pearson VUE Test Centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check-in customers/test-taking candidates
  • Comply with all exam testing security and procedures
  • Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents
  • Proctor/invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments
  • Perform housekeeping duties as necessary
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
