Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Subscription Manager to cover a maternity leave for a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of iGolf, a critical component of our strategy to engage and connect with independent golfers and grow the sport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Task Management: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and volunteers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote the iGolf platform.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems within your area of work, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Leadership: Leverage your previous line management experience to lead and motivate team members to achieve our goals.

Requirements

  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and promote the iGolf platform.
  • Leadership Skills: Previous line management experience to lead and motivate team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems within your area of work.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. We operate a hybrid policy, which allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
