Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our team at Lemur Associates Ltd. As a SENCO, you will play a critical role in developing and overseeing a dynamic support program tailored to individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive support program for students with special educational needs
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to maximize student success
  • Implement strategies that foster an inclusive learning environment
  • Lead with empathy and innovation to inspire change and progress

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in special educational needs coordination
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies
  • Knowledge of special educational needs legislation and policies
