We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, empowering them to make their own decisions and choices. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and other professionals to ensure that their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support, assisting with personal care, and helping with daily living tasks and activities. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with our clients, their families, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes

- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
