Your Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of talented engineers and technicians.
  • Oversee and coordinate complex infrastructure projects from feasibility through detailed design and delivery.
  • Develop innovative solutions that meet carbon reduction goals and incorporate digital design technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes of practice, and CDM Regulations.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a proven leader with a strong technical background in civil engineering. You will possess:

  • Chartered Engineer status with a relevant Institution (e.g., MICE or MICHT).
  • Extensive experience in one or more of the following sectors: highways, rail, water, energy.
  • A deep understanding of UK civil engineering design practices and industry standards.
  • Proven project management and line management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
