Job Description

Job Title: Production Welder - Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a Production Welder, you will be responsible for providing hands-on maintenance to our manufacturing machinery, including welding and fabrication of machine guards, gulleys, and conveyor-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks to maintain and repair manufacturing machinery
  • Work as part of the Maintenance Team to ensure production targets are met
  • Provide plant-wide maintenance service, departmental support, and mechanical repairs
  • Weld and fabricate fixtures, fittings, guards, conveyors, and other equipment using MIG and STIK welding processes
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Experience in welding and fabrication, with a high standard of quality work
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo further training and development
