As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for working on a range of projects from inception to completion, creating detailed designs using Revit / AutoCAD, and liaising with the design team to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a variety of projects, from initial concept to completion, to deliver high-quality designs and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed designs using Revit / AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Identify and resolve problems and issues that arise throughout the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to projects.

Requirements:

  • ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect with a strong track record of delivering projects in the residential sector.
  • Proven experience of working in an architectural practice, with a focus on project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Practical experience using Revit / AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
