About the Role

Fawkes & Reece South is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team on a large-scale industrial project in Tunbridge Wells. This project features a substantial groundworks package with 500,000 Sqft of industrial space.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Setting out and surveying for groundwork and structural elements.
  2. Monitoring and reporting on site progress, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  3. Liaising with the project management team, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth delivery and coordination.
  4. Supporting the project manager in driving the project to successful completion within time and budget.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a site engineer, ideally with industrial and deep earthworks.
  2. CSCS card and 1st Aid certification.
  3. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
  4. Strong understanding of groundworks including setting out and surveying.
  5. Relevant engineering qualification.
