Beauty Retail Artist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Beauty Retail Artist to join our team at MAC in Edinburgh. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting our customers on our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to create engaging in-store events and visual merchandising displays that showcase our brand and products.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on makeup techniques and product recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or makeup artistry, with a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and technology.
  • Ability to work variable hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
