- Provide key worker support to help residents successfully transition to independent living.

Requirements:
- Genuine passion for working with vulnerable youth and a commitment to their well-being.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with residents, colleagues, and external partners.

- Unwavering dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
Working Hours:
37 hours per week, with a rolling 4-week rota that includes night shifts, day shifts, and weekend shifts (Friday to Sunday) over the course of a month.
£14.46 per hour.
