About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Podiatrist to join our team in Powys Teaching Health Board. As a key member of our community-based services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality podiatric care to patients across the county.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a high standard of podiatric service to patients, promoting clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Specialist Podiatrist and other community services to ensure seamless patient journeys.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of podiatric services, ensuring they meet the needs of patients and the community.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
- Certificate in Local Anaesthesia
- POM S Entitlement
- Ability to speak Welsh
- Knowledge of clinical governance agenda
- Work independently and seek advice as necessary
- Be able to travel across PTHB
- Knowledge of Health & Safety
- Committed to the profession & have a flexible working approach
- Previous NHS experience
