About the Role

As our Racquets Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of racquets professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Developing and implementing racquets programs and services to meet the needs of our members
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of racquets services and promotions
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
