We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Parkdean Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of menu items, ensuring high-quality standards, and leading a team of kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Take a hands-on approach in the production of menu items during service, cooking to spec, adhering to portion control, and recording wastage.
- Work on the front line and oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including food diaries, health and safety, and stock management.
- Supervise and develop the kitchen team.
