Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to support our Store Manager in the overall management and operation of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a strong team to provide a great customer experience
  • Create an exceptional working environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
  • Forge strong links with the local community and host local events to build brand awareness and loyalty
  • Manage the store on a day-to-day basis, ensuring consistent delivery of the highest store standards
  • Recruit, mentor, train, and develop colleagues to achieve business objectives
  • Propel the store and business forward, ensuring we meet and exceed KPIs and are fit for the future
  • Ensure a clean, swift, and efficient operation, complying with health and safety procedures and other processes
Requirements
  • Management experience in a retail environment
  • Food retail experience is preferred
