Job Title: Executive Chef - Retail Dining

Job Summary:

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to lead our retail dining operations at Everton Football Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service standards across our retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food production, inventory control, and labor management.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery during events and peak periods.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with UK food safety regulations.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with the management team to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary leader in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, kitchen operations, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
