The Opportunity:

At Avantor, we're committed to attracting top-tier talent to drive our success. As our Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and executing strategic talent attraction programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to create compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute regional talent attraction campaigns, ensuring alignment with hiring manager objectives.
  • Develop effective marketing collateral and create engaging content that showcases our unique opportunities and employer brand.
  • Support other recruitment marketing efforts, driving Avantor's employer brand to new heights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing/creative role, supporting advertising campaigns and social media content development.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recruitment marketing experience supporting a global organization.
  • Familiarity with global ad networks, email marketing tools, and social media management software.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and employee advocacy tools.
Skills and Proficiencies:
  • Strong understanding of digital and non-digital marketing strategies, best practices, and channels.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising platforms and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of advertising campaign best practices, metrics, processes, and audience-level concepts.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and creative content development skills.
How You Will Thrive:
  • Develop marketing collateral and create authentic digital content.
  • Support hiring ramp-up projects by planning and executing advertising campaigns.
  • Provide creative solutions to achieve hiring objectives.
  • Support TA's internal enablement system and fulfill tactical requests.
