Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Inclusion Specialist to join our team at One Manchester. As a key member of our community development team, you will play a vital role in delivering a customer-focused financial inclusion service to help customers manage their finances and improve their financial capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality financial inclusion services to customers, providing coaching and feedback to colleagues to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide personal financial advice and guidance to customers, including welfare benefits advice and money guidance necessary to sustain their tenancies.
- Design and deliver Financial Inclusion training courses for One Manchester customers, promoting financial capability and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to monitor quality of advice and provide constructive feedback and coaching to address any training needs.
- Support the development of outreach services, operating from outreaches during extended hours, including evenings and Saturdays, on a rota basis.
Requirements
- Experience of monitoring quality of advice and providing constructive feedback and coaching to colleagues.
- Ability to provide personal financial advice and guidance, including welfare benefits advice and relevant legislation.
- Computer literate with experience of housing management systems and case management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Ability to design and deliver Financial Inclusion training courses for One Manchester customers.
