About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adults Social Care Professional to join our team at HCRG Workforce Solutions. As a Social Work Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Section 42 enquiries and work within safeguarding policy and procedures.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the legal remit of safeguarding under the Care Act.
  • Undertake home visits with customers as needed and travel independently to and around the Rotherham Borough.
  • Participate in essential training and meet with managers and colleagues during induction.
  • Consider part-time candidates who can meet the requirements of the role.
