Job Description

Job Title: Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at SalesNet. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing customer requirements, generating interest in products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer requirements and generate interest in products
  • Provide customers with detailed and agreed specifications of their requirements and quotations
  • Follow up on quotations and maximize sales opportunities
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate sales and deliveries to ensure high levels of customer service
  • Develop new sales opportunities and convert enquiries into successful sales
  • Ensure all paperwork is handled efficiently and costs are controlled
  • Merchandise products in the showroom to ensure they are properly stocked and presented
  • Work as part of a team to promote maximum efficiency and follow all necessary procedures
  • Record customer complaints and resolve them promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer and company

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in showroom sales with similar products
  • Evidence of success in a previous sales role
  • Confident, outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and professional personality
