An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join our Construction Division in Dundee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project programming, labour direction, and budgeting activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal Construction Division management team and supporting departments to achieve project goals.
- Line manage and supervise direct reports, providing support and mentoring as needed.
- Ensure compliance with IMS and quality management systems, developing and implementing quality control programmes.
- Oversee site inspections, ensuring progress is recorded and H&S issues are addressed.
- Monitor and manage sub-contractors, including safety, quality, and performance.
- Manage project conclusion, including completion of operation and maintenance information, addressing defects, and archiving records.
- Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years' management experience, including strategic planning and directing of projects.
- Steel frame and cladding experience.
- In-depth previous experience within the construction industry.
