Job Description

Electrical Installation Engineer - Panel Building Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Installation Engineer to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation of electrical panels to customer sites within the FMCG industry across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site installation of panels for mechanical equipment, primarily conveyors.
  • Interpret and work with technical electrical engineering drawings.
  • Collaborate closely with panel builders and drafters as needed.
  • Assist with mechanical tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Highly experienced in electrical engineering, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Hands-on experience working on components such as drives & motors.
  • Ability to read electrical engineering drawings.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferable).

Benefits:

  • Outside IR35 - Limited company contractors.
  • Up to 70 hours per week on site.
  • Day shifts working Monday to Friday with overtime available.
  • Travel and digs paid.
