We are seeking Registered Nurses with a valid NMC pin number to join our dedicated team:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents. Lead the care team to achieve positive outcomes for those we support. Maintain clear and effective communication, ensuring accurate documentation of resident care and informing senior team members of any changes. Manage wound care effectively. Ensure compliance with care procedures and policies. Oversee the ordering, administration, and documentation of medications in accordance with regulations. Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting. Offer emotional, physical, and spiritual support to residents. Conduct staff supervision and performance reviews for assigned team members. Implement agreed changes in procedures and routines as directed by management. Assess potential residents and their needs. Complete duty rosters as required. Participate in internal quality audits as requested by management. Engage in the training and development of staff at all levels. Assist management in adhering to budgetary constraints, primarily in a deputy capacity.
