Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Loan Operations Specialist to support our London office in all European loan closing / loan operations tasks. As the Loans SME, you will be the go-to-person for the investment team and external suppliers / counterparties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of European loan closing / loan operations tasks
  • Work closely with the investment team to understand assets and be involved in the investment process from front to back
  • Cross-train on wider operations remit, including traded fixed income / credit asset classes
  • Take on key project work, focusing on process improvement and ad-hoc project work from the investment desk
Requirements
  • Experience in loan operations, with a focus on distressed credit
  • Excellent communication skills and a personality that suits working in a pressurized front office environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

An attractive base salary of £80-90k, with a bonus that can make up a large % of base pending strong fund & individual performance. The role also offers the option to work from home 2 days per week.
