CNC Miller Opportunity

TXM Recruit is seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join a leading Formula 1 team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience operating precision components and working to tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing key parts in the most efficient, cost-effective way, maintaining tight delivery deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Written and verbal communication skills are essential to ensure accurate information is given across shifts, the department, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all shop floor documentation is completed as required, along with accurate bookings onto our Shop Floor Data Collection software recording machine utilisation and productivity.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in CNC Milling.
  • Experience operating and setting Fanuc/Siemens Controls.
  • 5+ years' experience with setting, operating, and programming.

A strong knowledge of manufacturing metallic and non-metallic components from aircraft-grade metallics and high-quality engineering plastics is essential. The ability to program manually and/or conversationally (Fanuc and Siemens) would be advantageous. A high degree of flexibility, self-motivation, team ethic, and initiative are critical for success in this role. A strong work ethic and a positive approach to continuous improvement are also required.
