  3. Identify and report symptoms or changes in residents' conditions, providing expert advice and care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  4. Perform routine procedures such as administering medications, taking blood pressure measurements, and completing patients' charts.
  5. Administer medications and monitor residents for potential reactions or side effects, reporting to the physician as necessary.
  6. Maintain accurate healthcare records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans for residents.
  8. Train and supervise Nursing Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
  1. Valid NMC registration as a General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse.
  2. 6+ months experience as a Nurse or Charge Nurse in a care setting.
