Construction Underwriter Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Underwriter to join our team at Carolyn Bowers Insurance Recruitment. As a key appointment in our regional Construction underwriting structure, you will be responsible for underwriting new business spanning a diverse range of products, including EL/PL, CAR, Plant and BI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite new business across a range of construction products
  • Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues
  • Support the development of junior team members
  • Work closely with a diverse broker panel
