Job Title: SOC Manager (Hybrid)
Strativ Group, a prominent player in the energy infrastructure sector, is seeking a SOC Manager to oversee the security operations center. This organization is committed to ensuring a secure and efficient gas supply for its diverse customer base.
Role Overview:
- Manage the daily functions of the Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC), ensuring the delivery of timely and high-quality cybersecurity services to clients within the national infrastructure domain.
- Mentor and develop cybersecurity analysts and engineers, providing them with clear guidance, constructive feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Establish and uphold policies, procedures, standards, and best practices within the CSOC, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and frameworks.
- Assess and enhance the performance of the Level 4 SOC, identifying improvement areas and implementing effective solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional cybersecurity services, particularly within the national infrastructure sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, including an understanding of threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices, as well as familiarity with applicable regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.
