We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team at Associated Wellbeing Ltd. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct clinical care under direct/indirect supervision, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, taking into account the individual needs of each child or young person.
- Coordinate the nursing activity of the placement over the span of individual shifts, ensuring seamless care and support.
- Ensure that the needs of the children, young people, and families are met, and that their rights and dignity are respected.
- Contribute to the development of the service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care.
- Qualified RGN, RMN, or RNLD with current registration with the NMC.
- Previous experience in working with children and young people, ideally in a residential or inpatient setting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and the client group.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
